Another month has passed, and it has once again proven to be a productive one ! We kicked off the month with our #Limitless event, as we mentioned in our last newsletter. As you may already know, the event was a great success, and really helped fuel and motivate us for the month of September. Throughout this month, we've been super busy! We brought on many interesting guests on our Workday Wednesday podcast, including retired professional rugby player, Andrew Trimble. We also welcomed a new intern, all the way from Germany, and have been busy planning a new and exciting event! And the creative work doesn’t stop there! Next week, we're attending the Invent 2018 Awards and we're up for the Creative Media award! The award recognises local innovations in the creative media and internet consumer industry. Wish us luck! We've been focusing a lot of our attention on our podcast this September and have welcomed amazing guests to come and join us. Firstly, we welcomed Jason Gillard, a great friend of ours, as well as a founder of Mercury Fitness NI. Jason has completed three tours with the army, so it was incredibly interesting to learn more about his experience in the military and how it has affected his life and career. The subsequent week, we were joined by Andrew Trimble, former professional rugby player for Ulster Rugby and international sporting star. Andrew recently made the switch from rugby to a startup business, and it was an absolute honour to talk to him about his mentality throughout his career, as well as what inspired him to his new business venture. Alan Waterman, personal trainer and founder of Phoenix Fitness Belfast, was the last guest we had the pleasure of talking to this month. Prior to his career as a personal trainer, Alan suffered from anorexia and anxiety, and hearing his perspective was incredibly interesting; especially when considering that anorexia amongst males is a conversation not often had. If you want to watch any of the above mentioned podcasts, feel free to head over to our Youtube channel or Soundcloud. Another exciting thing that's been happening in the Gofyt office, is the finalisation of our new website layout. Andrew has been working day and night, perfecting the details, and we're hoping to launch it very soon. Above you can see a sneak peek of the new registration screen. It's quite a bit different! The Gofyt family has once again grown! We've welcomed another new intern, Leo Nobis, from Germany. It's great to have such an international team already and is giving us an opportunity to see things from different perspectives. Leo is working on video content, filming and editing, and is already doing a superb job. Having Leo taking care of video is allowing us to spend more of our energy on building up the network of listers, so we couldn't be happier. Are you a true ninja at heart? Well, we can give you the opportunity to find out! We've spent the past month organising and planning the next big event, Gofyt Warrior; a ninja warrior-style obstacle course! The event will take place at the N.I. Leisure Show in the Eikon Exhibition Centre Lisburn, on the 24th of November. The obstacle course is in collaboration with Jason Gillard (one of our WDW guests), Belfast Adventure Centre, Nutt Travel and Emergency Fire and Safety Ltd. Everybody's welcome to join! Tickets can be bought on Eventbrite.

Why I went gluten free, for a week
Never have I ever…had a restricted diet. DRINK! However, it was just the once. The previous few weeks I had been eating my normal, healthy (enough) diet. I enjoy the odd Dominoes every now and then, who doesn’t? But then
